Banrate.com is a good source for info. I also use ING Direct, the Orange Account is currently paying 3.8% (4.25%) on new deposits through May, I belive). I also hear good things about HSBC Direct.

ING gives very high interests rates and your money is still insured by the government up to $100,000 so there is no risk.
