If you have been banking at the same bank for years, and have never had last fees, or over charges, then you should be able to get a low rate... Tell them, %26quot;hey I have been banking here for years, adn its been great,,, either I get the rate Im lookin for or i will take and close my accounts and go to a bank that wants my money......%26quot; Have a nice day... This worked for me, I got a rate from 23.9% down to 4.8%............... True story
